Victor Rogers is the founder of STRIVE3 and a strategic leader in marketing, communications, and mission-driven growth. With more than three decades of experience, he has helped nonprofits, government agencies, and commercial organizations clarify their message, elevate their brand, and drive meaningful results.
Victor’s strength lies in seeing what others miss — connecting strategy, story, and execution into a unified approach that moves people to action. He is the architect behind STRIVE3’s Mission Acceleration Blueprint™, a model designed to transform complex ideas into clear direction and sustained momentum.
Throughout his career, Victor has led high-impact initiatives spanning national awareness campaigns, fundraising strategies, video production, and integrated marketing efforts. His work is grounded not just in creativity, but in delivering outcomes that strengthen engagement, increase conversion, and advance mission objectives.
Known for his collaborative leadership style, Victor builds and leads teams that thrive in high-stakes environments where clarity and execution matter most. He brings both strategic discipline and creative vision to every engagement.
