Two engagements, delivered to federal specification.
One tested which messages move Veterans with PTSD toward treatment, as the intervention in a VA randomized study. One rebuilt national awareness and clinician recruitment for a 300-location Veteran counseling network.
Both were inspected against published thresholds by the client, not judged on taste.
Case 01 — Behavioral health message testing
Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center
VA states that no research had systematically compared direct-to-consumer marketing messages for PTSD treatment engagement, and that none had tested these approaches with Veterans living with PTSD. STRIVE3 produced the advertisements built to answer that question, developed with VA’s National Center for PTSD as a research partner and moved through clinical review before and after production.
What it demonstrates: message decisions made on evidence, inside clinical review, at federal standard.
Case 02 — National awareness at scale
VA Readjustment Counseling Service
Two audiences with almost no shared motivation, avoidant Veterans and licensed clinicians, running off one brand, one message system, and one media architecture deployable nationally, regionally, and locally. Deliverables were subject to 100 percent inspection against published quality, readability, and Section 508 thresholds.
What it demonstrates: one campaign core localized across 300 communities, and downstream institutional outcomes in the public record.
